THE OPPORTUNITY

We're on the lookout for a Cloud Hosting Solution Specialist who is self-driven and looking for a sales career, not a sales job. Our culture believes that sales are the result of providing peace of mind via the best web hosting services in Australia. Your purpose is to expand the existing customer base across our hosting portfolio through new client acquisition, as well as up-selling / upgrading existing customers. This role will ideally suit someone with experience in inbound and outbound phone sales, some web hosting experience and a passion for everything Cloud. You will receive in-depth training to communicate the appropriate benefits to customer’s web hosting requirements.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Inbound and Outbound sales (60/40)
  • Seek out opportunities and think outside the square
  • Provide a high level of technical design and solution support and manage the pricing quota of customers
  • Be the first point of contact for customers during the sales cycle
  • Provide technical and product education / leadership to clients
  • Work together with pre-sales engineers for custom cloud setups

 

YOU WILL:

  • Have proven ability to translate and present technical products to all levels of customers over the telephone
  • Have experience in selling hosting/cloud solutions a must
  • Be highly motivated, with a desire to achieve goals
  • Be a great listener who asks the right questions to understand clients’ business needs and provides them with solutions to match
  • Have the ability to maintain a positive attitude even in the toughest of situations.
  • Be a proactive self-starter with a track record of excellent customer service.
  • Have 2 years + of relevant sales experience
  • Technical exposure to cloud products desirable
