We're looking for two Overnight Technical Support Representatives who can support our customers via phone and email. We pay above industry wage depending on your experience - we're very generous to dedicated staff and reward accordingly.
Our overnight team work a rotating night shift 4 days on/4 days off, ideal if you value extra time off each week or time to study, and a great opportunity to learn more about the web hosting industry and the technologies that we use hands on.
Whilst customer support is the main focus of this role, you'll develop the skills to take over where our day shift Sys Admin team left off, ensuring that our customers and systems are supported 24-7.
